IPRA presents Tom Veiga

Brazilian artist Tom Veiga was born in Curitiba, capital of Paraná is married and father of two, worked for a long time in digital advertising agencies as an art director, his training includes courses in design and advertising but found through its passion for the waves, curves and color style for your own good work.

Tom Veiga works exclusively with art by developing national and international projects and your work style is very Brazilian in over 25 countries on 5 continents, he has done exhibitions in Brazil and abroad, also giving lectures on the creative process.

The Serie Waves are collections of art inspired by the sensations and feelings that the sea wind, the sun’s heat and movement of the waves convey.

“God was very inspired when he created and designed the sea waves, all very perfect, each wave has a shape, a color, a unique feature, and all this inspired me to reflect the beauty of the sea and the waves through design,” says Tom Veiga.

His work seeks to interpret the most of the unique characteristics of each wave using the minimum possible traits using design as a tool, enhancing color, movement and contrast.

Laureato in biblioteconomia, autore del volume sull'editoria underground italiana dal titolo "Underground: ascesa e declino di un'altra editoria 1966-1977" edito da Costa & Nolan e già collaboratore della rivista di collezionismo "Vintage" con una rubrica sulla poster art.
